I bought the 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow to help reduce hip and lower back pain while sleeping on my side, and it has made a noticeable difference in comfort. The memory foam is firm yet soft enough to support my legs without feeling cramped, and placing it between my knees aligns my hips and spine perfectly. I use it every night, and waking up with less pressure on my lower back has improved my overall sleep quality. The white cover is soft, removable, and easy to wash, which keeps it feeling fresh. My only tiny note is that it takes a few nights to get used to the exact placement, but once adjusted, it provides consistent relief and makes side sleeping much more comfortable.

I purchased this for hip and back pain - I would lay down and it would feel like I was laying on concrete no matter how soft the bed was. Regular pillows were too soft. This pillow had improved my sleep and pain by at least 75%. The case material is soft, but strong, and removable for washing if needed. The zipper is only on one side, so if the metal bothers you, just flip the pillow. The memory foam does take about 24 hrs to fully expand, but it goes right back to full every night. My only issue - I’m 5’1” tall. I only have a 26” inseam - the pillow does feel a little long/awkward sometimes, but not enough to to outweigh the benefits.

I've always slept with a leg pillow of some sort. This one is pretty decent. I don't have any problems with it. It's pretty comfortable. It's probably not the best one in the world but it's good.

I bought this for my wife, who used to just use a regular pillow between her knees to sleep more comfortably. Since getting this knee pillow, she’s really come to love it. It’s much more compact and designed perfectly to fit between the knees, making it easy to find the right position for a good night’s rest. This is a game changer for me. I was having alot of hip & leg pain. 2nd day I used it & woke up with zero pain. I like that it's firm. Stays in place IF I move but I usually don't when sleeping. Whenever this stops working I plan on sticking with this company. Great product.

I’ve used it 1 night and I am not impressed so far. I ended up giving up on it partway though the night. It came compressed in a plastic bag. It had a bit of a smell at first, but that disappeared after an hour or 2. Seemed to be fully inflated after a couple hours as well. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and have recently started having bad pelvic pain. I’m a 5’10” female with long femurs and my hips measure about 40” around. As a pregnant female with decently sized hips I felt like it was keeping my thighs too far apart, but maybe I’m just not used to it? I tried using it on my calves for a while but had a very difficult time keeping it in place. The quality seemed fine and it didn’t retain much heat. There’s no way to adjust the pillow itself apart from just moving where it is on your leg.

I am having hip replacement surgery in one week. This cushion has changed my sleep completely. Side sleeping and on my back. Works great, very comfy! Perfect size and stays put when changing position.

I tried a few different knee pillows but none can compare with this one. Its very comfortable and eliminates my knee pain so I can get a great nights sleep!

Ilove sleeping on my side but with a bad back and having he’d a total hip replacement I need some support. I’ve tried a variety of cushions & pillows but none seemed suitable. This little gem I use every night and it is super comfortable It provides adequate support needed between my knees so as not to have pain in either my back or hips Really recommend it

Necessary purchase for me. Getting old is a cow and requires one purchases tools for support. This is brilliant for me. Supports. My hips, and less to no pain when I wake up in the morning.

Takes some getting used to but the end results are great. Love that I can side sleep without having to keep puffing up a pillow till I can get comfortable. My neck and upper back molds right in to the support.
