Good quality, sensible price
Filament works well. Good adhesion and few failed prints. Strength seems ok. I've had problems in the past with pla filament that breaks in storage if placed under any strain, e.g. if you thread the end through holes in the spool to stop it unwinding. This pla+ seems to behave better.

Quite strong, doesn't snap or anything as long as you store it well.
Good filament, I used this for quite a large print without testing it much and the results were good. I really admire the usage of cardboard spools, since it minimises plastic waste in an industry where we do inherently waste a lot of plastic.

Reliable PLA+ filament with great print quality
I’ve been using the eSUN PLA+ Bone White filament for several projects, and it consistently delivers smooth, clean prints. The dimensional accuracy is spot-on, so layers align perfectly and parts fit together as intended. It’s tougher than standard PLA, reducing breakage during handling, and it feeds through my printer without any jams. Overall, excellent for both hobbyists and more detailed 3D printing projects. Pros: Enhanced toughness reduces snapping and warping Dimensional accuracy of ±0.03mm ensures precise prints Smooth, consistent extrusion Works well with a variety of 3D printers Good color consistency (Bone White is nice and even) Cons: Slightly more expensive than standard PLA Some stringing can occur at higher print speeds (common with PLA+) Requires proper drying if left open to avoid moisture issues

Very Good Filament
“Reliable PLA+ with minimal fuss—ideal for both benches and showcase pieces.” Printed Benchy and phone stand—low warping, no clogging, clean layers at 205 °C. Better toughness than standard PLA. Pros: Good dimensional accuracy (+0.03 mm), consistent color, tough prints Cons: Could improve spool hub design—gets tangled if not careful. Would I buy again? Yes when I want a step up from basic PLA.

Print it
Great filamentthe only downside is the cardboard spool.

Never had an issue
I love eSun filament and find the PLA+ is absolutely fine for at least 90% of all my prints (I mainly print functional stuff). It is just as easy to print with as standard PLA, but with better properties, so it is a bit of a no brainer. There have been a few rolls that have benefited from being put through the drier for a few hours before use, but that's about it. I tend to bump the hotent temp up by about 10 C compared to the standard PLA as well. Some prople complain about badly wound rolls, but I have never come across that. I have also never had any clogs or exces stringing (aside from when I have messed up). I have used this on both an Ender 3 v2 and K1 Speedy without issue.

great PLA for beginers
I always find Esun PLA some of nicest Filament to use as a beginer. I have had no problems with clogging, or Adhesion as long as you stick to the directions and the advised temp range you'll be fine. prints in normal pla and the matte pla always have a lovely finish and texture and I have found the Colours to be very consistant, and above all it's great value for money.

Quality seems to have dropped off recently (PLA+ grey and purple)
I've been using eSun PLA+ since I began 3D printing in May. I went through 9 x 1kg spools (1 silver, 2 purple, 1 cold white, 4 black and 1 grey) without any problems. The next spool (grey) was stringing like mad, no matter what temperature and retraction settings I used. I switched to a spool of purple and had no issues, so it wasn't something wrong with my printer. So, after chatting online with some more experienced printers, I bought a filament dryer. I weighed what was left of the grey spool (approx 900g including the spool) before putting it in - after 4 hours I took it out and weighed it again - it was 4 g lighter. That told me that the stringing problems I'd been having were down to excessive moisture in the filament. Once the purple roll was finished I put the now dried grey roll back on and it printed fine until near the end (probably about 150-200g of filament remaining) where I found it was a bit tangled - actually, I realised what was happening because it almost jerked the spool and roller off the shelf above the printer. Luckily I caught it before it wrecked a print, not to mention the printer. I shifted the spool onto the normal frame-mounted spool holder. At that point I went to put the next roll of grey into the filament dryer and saw that it was really badly wound. I spent several hours winding it onto an empty spool, then back onto the original spool. It was quite clear to me that it had been very badly rewound onto the spool it had come on - the filament was twisted and in many points looked to be stressed. I then dried it for 4 hours, leaving it in the drier until the roll on the printer finished. It started printing OK, but then there was some stringing again - I think it probably needed more than 4 hours in the drier. Yesterday I switched over to a roll of purple. It looked to be much better wound...right up until it got about 3 layers down where the filament started to get stuck under what should have been lower layers. Interestingly, all three spools I've had problems with were ordered during September. I suspect that there must have been a major issue at their plant a few months ago for their quality control to have slipped so badly. I'm reluctant to change brands as up until these three spools I've had a great experience with the eSun PLA+ - zero clogs, great print quality, good layer adhesion. However, I do have some Sunlu PLA+ to try.

The product itself is sound. It is the cheapest PLA filament I have ever bought. One downside is that it won’t fit in my A1 AMS, but it makes it all so much more affordable. One thing that bothers me though is the delivery, it was left in the elevator of our apartment complex without telling me a word about it. As I live on the first inhabited floor, I never take the elevator. I talked to neighbours and called customer support. I thought it got stolen because a big amazon package could be something pricy. Eventually before I went to sleep, a neighbour rang the doorbell, he told me that a package to my name was in the elevator. It is very inconvenient to have it delivered like this and not have any information about its location. All I knew is that it got marked as delivered. My delivery instructions also state that I want it left in front of my door if delivery fails, not in the elevator..

Works a little bit less good than bambu lab pla but that is expected with the a1 mini. Is cheap for it's quality!
