Quality all the way. Beautiful sound. Perfect choice no matter your style home. I get complements regarding the pitch of the sound . For something that’s not huge. The sound is perfect.

This is such a cool windchime. Its sound is so deep and beautiful, it really does feel like you’re at a harbor. I can’t comment on its wear and durability because we’re just bought it and it’s a gift, but you can bet I’ll respond if it gets a bad review from the recipient. Love it so much, we might just get one for ourselves!

Beautiful sound and not too loud.

We received a bell like this after the loss of a family member. It was such a beautiful wind chime and sentiment that we purchased one for a friend to honor a loss in his family. The tone was rich and mellow and the finish on the metal was perfect. These items will last for years.

This is a beautiful, well-constructed chime with lovely sound. The 4-star, rather than 5-star, review is solely due to the fact that the color was clearly listed and shown as a deep, rich green, and the chime that arrived was a teal. I spent a long time debating between the "green" and copper, so the color was a disappointment. Otherwise, I love this chime!

I have two other Woodstock wind chimes that I enjoy, but wanted something a little different. I had these more subtle, lower-toned chimes on my wish list for a long time and finally bought them (both the 40 inch and 24 inch). At first I must confess that I was disappointed because even in a heavy breeze they would not chime very much. However, after a few weeks they were both chiming regularly in only a moderate breeze. Oddly, these seem to have a “breaking in” period. Also note that they are very subtle, and you may want to use these to supplement some louder and more traditional chimes around your yard. Overall, I am now happy with my new Heroic Windbell wind chimes and recommend them.

Sending back because I'm not happy with the sound of the chime. The sound is a to each his own. Just because I'm not happy with sound, doesn't mean someone else won't love it.
