This is the best hot and cold pack I've ever used. I learned about it from the place I went to for physical therapy. They used these there.

Conforms to your body so much better. I first used this at a PT facility after a session. Wraps easily around a knee or shoulder & stays in place w/a Velcro strap.

Bought one after recommendation from coworker for post knee replacement. Works wonderfully and stays in place! Loved it so much that I bought another one. The plastic bag it came in that you keep the gel pack and start falling apart; I called customer service and they’re sending me new bags. Absolutely worth the price and one of the best things to use for knee replacements.

Product came before expected. It's the perfect size to wrap around my knee after having surgery. It gets cold and stays cold for about 20 minutes which is what was expected. But....a part of me wishes it would stay colder longer so I wouldn't have to replace so often :)Overall, product does exactly as it is described. I would buy another.

These are a must have. I’ve had several knee surgeries and first found these in physical therapy. I’ve had one in the freezer for years now. Great as you can wrap it around an arm, leg, ankle, etc, rather than just icing the top or side.Stays flexible when frozen and stays plenty cold when removed from the freezer. Velcro strap helps it stay in place.

Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t stay cold any longer than 15 -20 minutes. Better to use ice packs used for lunch bags or picnic coolers.
