MCR Safety9318D10T Memphis 10 Gauge Dyneema Sleeve with Thumb-Slot, Gray, 18-Inch

Although the actual material is well made and feels great, the stitching around the ends of the sleeve as well as the odd joint piece for the back of the arm (which is single ply and has no real purpose, the sleeve could have been made as one whole unit) has either snapped or just come undone. The join in the sleeve had a hole in it on arrival which I needed to stitch first and by the hand, the stitching to close the fabric and prevent fraying is coming undone. The second sleeve that I got seemed to be fine until I put it on. Then a stitch in the join snapped and now there is a giant hole. I'm second guessing my choice in buying this...

I ordered 4 of these single sleeves, one for myself and one for a gift. They are worn as additional protection as part of warm, humid weather motorcycle gear. They are to supplement the thin mesh arms of the armored shoulder, forearm, back, and chest armor gear.They are cool and not uncomfortable to wear for hours in the heat. They do slide down under the arms a bit, but that is to be expected. I have washed them many times and they have held up very well, with only the logo fading some. I would purchase these again, if I misplace one, or if I damage them.

Works as advertised. Surprisingly cool to work in.
