Have been using it for a week and it does what it says it does. I sweat to the fullest. Was a little tight for a 3x but I feel I may be a 4x!!! Regardless, I will use it as a measuring stick on how much weight I am loosing. Good product.

I wasn’t sure about purchasing this item as I have purchased so many in the past, but I am really happy I did. I even purchased a second one so I can rotate them every other day. This item is not flimsy and at first I thought it was way too small, luckily a friend of mine told me that was how it should be. The first time I tried to put it on I gave up, however, that same friend told me to roll it up on the outside just over half way then put it on and roll it down, it works. It is tight, provides a lot of support, is comfortable and during your workout you are going to sweat, I think I lose a gallon each time. I am vertically challenged, 5’ 7”, so it is a little long on me, but I found tucking it in works better than leaving it out. I am glad I took the chance and tried again. Happy Amazoning!!
