I think it's a value buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job but I see what people mean about scratches *by C***B on 13 July 2023* So, this is a great board and does what it's supposed to do and I get what some people in other reviews mean when they don't understand why people would complain about the cuts on the board after you use, given the job its made for, but I can kind of see their point. It doesn't take much to get really obvious cuts in the wood, we've had ours for less than a week and it already looks like this. I don't know if it's the colour or type of wood used but it's looking pretty beat up already. I'm sure it'll be fine and it's not as if it's about to fall apart or anything, I'm just surprised that many showed up so quickly. It does what it's meant to and the grooves in the edge do help catch breadcrumbs a bit so it's fine. I only got it for bread because we have plastic boards but it just seemed like a good idea to have a separate 1 for bread. It's easy to wipe down too, unlike the plastic ones (they have a few dents in them from knives and can be a pain to get all the crumbs off if I can't be bothered to wash them up properly) and I'm happy with it. I'd give 4 1/2* if I could just because of the state it's already in but, it works and having the plastic feet and handle type things on the side mean you aren't fighting to lift it off the counter without throwing bread everywhere.
