Reset to factory default on its own ...
Unreliability seems to be the main "feature" of this appliance ... RAID 6 configuration, up for almost 5 months - no issues.Had to relocate the NAS to a different shelf in the cabinet. I have shut it down using the "System Management" menu. Next day I had relocated it, powered it up and all configuration is gone! Both network and RAID !!! Basically it reset on its own to factory default ... Although I was big fan of Thecus for years, after the last experience I cannot recommend their product. BTW, I had a similar experience with a 8900V about a year ago.
