Top quality fan - worth the $$$
Casablanca quality! This is a great looking fan and moves air. Well worth the $$$. Easy to install. Please note you must use the wall switch provided as the fan doesn’t have pull chains. Outstanding quality, no wobble. Highly recommend this fan. I’ll be purchasing more.

Powerful airflow!
Don’t buy cheap ceiling fans!! Buy the best! Make sure the blade angle is 11-15 degrees! Or it won’t get any air movement!! Trust me I put up and down 3 different fans including a 7 blade 72” fan from big box store and they are junk! Hunter/ Casablanca (same company) are the best!

Defective
The fan, installed by a professional electrician does not work! With multiple checks on the power supply which is functioning the remote will not connect to the receiver. Worse, even bypassing the remote will not get the unit to operate. Supposedly Casablanca fans are the “top of the line.” This unit makes that claim a joke!

USA vs China Made
I have 5 Casa Blancas which are over 25 years old. One failed and I thought Casa Blancas were good so I ordered one. A little snafu in delivery but finally got it. All my old ones were USA made and a snap to install, this one was more involved to install. Finally got it up and running and it appears to be a good fan, we will see if it last 25 years.

Nice quiet fan
Ok so this replaced an identical fan, same model exactly, which was ~21 years old. It should have been possible to repair the old fan, but it was pre-Hunter and they didn't have a very good service program. Got 21 years out of it though and I wanted to reuse the down tube so I bought the same fan. The model has a wall control and is reversible from that. I wanted that same feature because my ceiling is pretty high. Went up perfectly balanced and is very quiet. The wall control seems really cheap and the new one takes batteries. WTF, they couldn't just let me connect the white wire? It's a black passthrough to complete the connection. The wall remote is wireless connected to a controller in the fan to change speeds and reverse.
