Replaced a 450954 - not exact length, but close enough
So this is a 450314. I used this to replace a 452954 that only lasted for about 2 years. Mind you, this is not a PERFECT replacement and maybe not recommended, as when the arm is completely retracted it is slightly longer (about 1/4 inch) than the 452954 was. So the foot rest still sticks out just a little. But I couldn't find a proper replacement for the 452954 anywhere.
