Good item
The item is lovely and my daughter loves it but it does have a dint on the first small draw and I am unable to contact the seller without saying I want to return the item. I don't want to return the item as my daughter needs it for a dance comp this weekend. UPDATE the seller got in contact the next day and we have agreed a part refund for the damaged draw. Great seller would recommend. ☺

Terrible service
The trolley is lovely to look at, but the one I got was broken at the bottom, the side and front panel were split at the join, and the frame was broken. I requested a return. The seller agreed, and I packaged it up ready to get it picked up by the courier. I left for 2 weeks, and asked a neighbour to hand it to the courier when they called. The seller then kept requesting photos, which I couldn’t provide as I was no longer there. I arrange the return myself and paid for the return. They have had the item for over 2 weeks, and I still, have. It received a refund. I purchased another one from somewhere else, as I need the item immediately. I will never buy from this seller again, the quality is not value for money, and it is also very flimsy.

Valigia arrivata nei tempi previsti. Ottima per il mio lavoro da parrucchiera. Dentro c'entra benissimo phon, piastre, ferri, lacche e tutta roba pee acconciature. I cassetti in mezzo si smontano e diventa più piccola e pratica da poterla portare ovunque. Addirittura si può smontare il pezzo sopra e si può portare come una piccola valigetta. Favolosa. Ed il colore è troppo bello. Viola. Lo amo. Devo dire ottimo acquisto.. Considerando la convenienza del rapporto qualità prezzo.
