Sometimes twice a day, and sometimes only once. The difference can be seen quite clearly, I never got this much growth before. Now, people should keep in mind that it does make the weak and thin hair in your beard grow with a better speed and thickness, but it does not grow the hair where there weren't any before applying this oil. It also makes the itching go away for first time beard growers.
