Expensive but worth it.
This product put me at semi-ease (if there is any ease with an ileostomy bag) that it will work and hopefully prevent leaks. No product is 100% and neither are these but I felt the safest with this brand.

Do you really need this product?
I was using this product + paste because that’s how the hospital and advocate trained me but during a phone call with the manufacturer I found out you only need ring OR paste IF you experience leakage. I stopped using it and used only the paste and had no leakage. The rings are a pain to soften and shape so was glad to find out that I am able stop using them.

Generally makes ostomy changes last longer.
My medical supply company sends me Hollister wafers and Hollister pouches for my Urostomy, which I've used since Jan 2020. But after a couple years, even though I requested Hollister Wax Seals, they sent the 'other' brand. Hollister's seals allow for 7-9 days of safely not leaking. The other lasted 4 days. Hollister is definitely superior.
