I am using this with Grandstream 21xx phones. There are hundreds of possible combinations of headsets, QC cords and phones. For testing purposes I purchased this one, and one which was exactly twice the price. Excluding a 1026V QC cord for another 16.95.This one just works. While the mic of the more expensive one does not even work. It is listed as compatible by Grandstream.I have not been able to test the NC quality. But I can hear myself breathing, although that is not audible in a voice mail recording.The headphone also fits well. Better than the more expensive one.I will order 9 more.

I was issued a new Yealink T46S desk phone and wanted to pick up a headphone mic that would plug straight into the headphone jack on the phone. This telephone headset did just that and sounds good. I don't know that I can speak to noise cancellation, as my desk and surrounding area are usually rather quiet. I have had no complaints about audio quality from folks on the other end of mobile calls, desk phone calls, or conference calls. If you're looking for a simple, straightforward headset for a reasonable price that works, this will do nicely.

I'd tried two other headsets with my Yealink telephone and they'd be fine SOME of the time, but at various times (such as with certain callers, or on conference calls) others complained they could barely hear me. But this headset has been EXCELLENT. I'm extremely pleased to finally find a headset that works ALL the time.

Solid product. I got it because i need "Both ears" when I make a call...i was too distracted using the Plantronics Bluetooth thing. And these ear pads are waaWAa more comfortable. I knocked off a Star because there is no way to control the volume - a couple of people couldn't hear me well......But in general, it's fine.I use it with Sangoma 500 series

This product looked well made and fit comfortably. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is it wasn’t compatible with my phone.

The microphone is not the best. The partner on the other side can't hear too good and there is a little background noise.

Clear sound for a good price. Once you start this headphone you realize what you were missing.

Very poor quality headset. Sound was terrible. Customers complained that they had trouble hearing us.

La qualité est pas super, mais à ce prix, faut pas s'en étonner. Commander plus de 50 casque (1 ou 2 oreilles) et au moins 10 % sont défectueux et au moins la moitié griche et ont une qualité de son très ordinaire.

As advertised. Arrived on time.

Sound quality is fine. Lapel clip broke in a few months.
