Just take it out and pairs with the last connected deviceFitting- snugly fits in your ear.. have no problem with buds falling off.Cons-Battery life- very very poor battery life.. even with the charging case, u hardly get a total of 4 hrs of battery life.Left earbud dependency- you can use it as a solo headphone but once the battery of the left earbud finishes, the right earbud becomes dysfunctional since I think the leftbear bud connects with device and then pairs it with the right device... So, that is a big problem..Mic quality- mic quality is average.. sometimes it is fine at other times the other person cannot hear properly.. Even though Bluetooth 5.0 should give connectivity up to 10m there were connection issues when my phone was in my pocket. In the end the connectivity is make or brake in a wireless earphone.
