I am normally 145 to 165 lbs. Size 38C. Ordered a medium, and it fits wonderfully. I pre-washed the fabric on gentle cycle and dried in the dryer on regular high heat before putting on. The fabric is so soft! I wouldn't put the dress in to wash with regular washing, as the lace on the arms is the type that will easily snag. This will be very comfortable to wear at the hospital after I deliver. This was my first time buying clothing with breastfeeding capability, and online at that.
