Soldering will be needed in order for it to work. Don’t forget to orient the polarity correctly before soldering it on. Here’s a before and after photo. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great on my Harley! *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2016* I ordered these LEDs for my Harley Davidson Road Glide speedo and tach gauges. I used the red ones to light up the numbers & odometer, and used white ones for the needle. When installing, make sure you pay attention to the polarity of the LEDs. There is a notch in one corner to help (red is opposite all other colors. I attached the image explaining this from the Oznium site). If you know how to solder, this is a great upgrade to boring stock gauges. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy twice as many as you plan to use... *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 6, 2018* I replaced the instrument cluster LEDs in my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. They look good! However if you are going to solder these LED's in yourself make sure you get a few extra depending on your soldering skill. These LED's are super small and extremely delicate - they melt quickly if you are not careful. Make sure you have a hot, clean, fine point soldering tool if you intend to replace them yourself.
