Cleaning tip: washing is extremely easy - soap and water, but the opening is only 7/8” I/D. To help dry, try rolling up a paper towel, and insert that into the empty bladder. Review: Fits in my Flipbelt - I have been searching for a collapsible bottle to fit in my flipbelt! This does! I filled the bottle half way up and froze it the night before, and filled it up the rest of the way with water before my morning run. Unlike the plastic bottles that Flipbelt makes, these bottles didn't produce any "swooshing" noises when I was running. I had it resting on my lower back in my belt, and it did not cause any discomfort. In fact, since I froze it the night before, the coolness of the bottle felt fantastic! It didn't make me cold, but it produced just a nice cooling sensation.
