Great product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ simple, effective, requires practice *by P***G on December 27, 2020* The hand pump that starts the siphon requires some strength. It has to be pumped at a high enough rate that the siphon fills up and starts. It's possible to pump too slowly so that the siphon does not start, but even then the device is pumping fluid. The siphon hose has enough volume that one has to learn when to open the valve and stop the siphon action or there may be overflow. Working the valve also requires some attention, checking that it is fully closed, opening it quickly enough.
