It fit comfortably and was very adjustable although he did say his bottim lip was sore after wearing it all night. It didnt slip off during the night. I was concerned about the fit due to him having a long bushy beard. I am only giving it 3 stars due to the fact that it seemed to make his snoring worse. I've had better luck with an adjustable Respironics chin strap. ### ⭐⭐ Problems with this chin strap *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 2, 2019* At first glance, this chin strap looks OK, but there are problems:1) There are two areas that use Velcro fasteners. One goes on the back of the head and the other on the top. Unless you have a small head, at least one area of Velcro will be exposed to rub against the scalp. Over several nights of sleep, this can damage the hair and, if you don't have all that much hair, abrade the scalp beneath the hair.2) The stitching is of poor quality in the areas that are all black.
