You will never know how much I love this product. I put one transmitter on my bedroom entrance and the other next to my bed because it is difficult to reach the lamp.Easy set up…..just activate the battery…..and plug it in.Great for a gift….especially for the elderly.

So, we purchased this last August and kept it in use for much of the time. It had great range with the remotes and kept away from the elements undercover but outside. As of last week, it became to become harder for the remote reach but still did within half the range. Then one afternoon I realized that about 30 minutes after turned it on my item stopped working. Came to find the outlet in use had started melting around where you plug into it. We were able to remove the plug but apparently it had overheated and melted that area. Therefore it was no good anymore but at least it stopped working when it defectively melted. I was able to continue to use my small appliance directly in the wall, so knowing this was only related to this outlet device. It did work a few months so best can give is 3 stars, but not long.UPDATE: Contacted the seller in regards to the warranty and was immediately in contact with them. Discussed that the device plugged in after few months may have been a little much for it, not sure... but they sent me a replacement. I have upgraded it to 4 stars as not sure why it happened but the seller was very understanding and made it good!

Works flawlessly. I recommend this for outdoor patio lighting. Just use the remote to turn your patio light on and off from inside your house.

Awesome remote plug with remote! Using this for our porch lighting and love the feature of the remote control to turn the lights on and off! Would definitely recommend! Super easy to set up! Great price too!

This has only been used a couple times but it has exceeded my expectations. The plug runs a fountain in my backyard and is positioned behind a 2 ft stone seating wall with the outlet also covered with a homemade wood weather protector. The range on the remote to get through those barriers is excellent, no hesitation. It is also strong enough that I can operate it through the back wall of my house with no delay/hesitation. For the price, the convenience of this can’t be beat
