I have been using it every day for 3 months and I really love it. It is really comfortable and the rocking motion I find quite relaxing. I bought the chair because I liked the idea of a kneeling chair that promoted a healthy back - although I don;t have back problems I saw it as a long-term investment/preventative measure. It took me a long time to decide, because of the price but I now consider it good value. Although I don;t have back problems I do have RSI/carpal tunnel which in my case is an issue of nerves in my neck. The chair has significantly reduced the degree of discomfort I feel typing and other tasks. I use the chair at work.A couple of things to consider for potential buyers:My desk is 74cm high and I am 175cm tall. These are important variables to consider because the chair is not adjustable in height.It takes some time (perhaps a month or more) to get used to. During that time, it can be tiring on your back as your muscles strengthen.Your knees are folded underneath you much of the time. If you are not used to this (as I was not), this can be uncomfortable at the start. If you can sit cross-legged for extend periods you will probably be OK straight away.Some have said that it is hard on the shins and knees. In my experience, I keep my weight on the seat and put relatively little weight on my shins. I believe this is a better way to use the chair.The makers encourage you to shift position regularly - move your weight forward or back, untuck your knees and sit on it like a stool with your feet on the floor etc. I have found this positive advice and one of the best things about the chair is that you can use it in a variety of ways.It's been great for me. Happy to receive any questions ### ⭐ I am very disappointed and will be asking for my money back or ... *by J***E on 11 April 2017* My chair has just arrived and I opened it to find that only half of the product had been delivered. The box only contained the seat and the two legs without the knee pads or the connecting part or any instructions. I am very disappointed and will be asking for my money back or for a replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a good idea to build up your time on this chair *by T***T on 2 January 2016* I'm enjoying using this chair, my only difficulty is getting on and off it! I made it up on my own, it's quite lightweight and comes with it's own Allan key. I had the backplate upside down to start with and then I couldn't fit the seat on, it makes the gap too wide, so if you have this problem you need to turn the backplate up the other way! It's a good idea to build up your time on this chair, it has quite a lot of movement (rocks back and forth), which is good to keep the back muscles mobile. If you spend too long on it, it can hurt your shins, and it probably really isn't a good chair for anyone with knee issues. I think this chair is probably like marmite... I didn't get to try one out before I bought it l but read the reviews on here and decided to order it.
