Are they designed so they can not be unscrewed from the outside?** A: Mine came with all hardware but not bolts. if you use hex cap screws they could be removed from the outside. I was able to use bolts that went all the way through with locking nuts on the inside. Hope this helps. **Q: Is this Zinc plated or galvanized?** A: Since galvanized is zinc, I assume you mean plated or hot dipped. My orders have not been hot dipped, so plated. Since the cam's are cast thus not smooth like plated bolts, they may appear to be hot dipped as they age. But all are plated.
