Elegant and useful
It holds the candle securely in place. It was the perfect size for me. The lip is just the right type to catch any dripping wax. It shines beautifully too!

Unstable and dangerous
Honestly, this is rubbish. When I took off the little rubber stopper the two base plates came apart and no matter how much I screwed them together the base still wobbles. The candle spike does not secure the candle. And because the base is unstable it doesn't feel safe to use and the candle sits wonkily so burns unevenly. It quite cheaply made and flimsy. It's not only not fit for purpose but I'd actually say it's a fire risk and dangerous. Will be returning. I'll buy something decent from an actual shop instead of wasting my time taking a punt on Amazon tat.

I was a bit disappointed with the candle holder. I found it quite difficult to put the candle on the dish .Not sure if maybe the candle is too big or not .
