Red Zone (Barber Game Time Books)

Tiki and Ronde and the team are ready for the playoffs. They have 3 or 4 games until they make the State Championship. The guys are nervous that chicken pox will affect the team as it has been going around the school. The twins end up contracting chicken pox which side lines Tiki for a game. Fortunately both brothers play the State Championship and if they win this will be their second win!This book was great because the boys played proud and they never gave up. Kids will love this book because Tiki and Ronde make reading interesting, fun, and entertaining. I have been reading this series nonstop. I love Football and as the twin's mom says, "Play proud and never give up".

This was a wonderful book. It, like each in the series teaches kids to work hard, never give up, and to be the very best they can be, both on and off the field. It also teaches kids to pursue their dreams, no matter how big the dream or how small the child. It teaches honesty, integrity, and perseverance. Any young football fan will devour this book. My eight year old football player couldn't get enough of Tiki and Ronde Barber and has new football heroes to look up to. I can't recommend this book and the entire series enough. It's also an Accelerated Reader, which is a great bonus.

My grandson is into football, so I thought he might like to read a book about the sport. I thought right, he really loved this book

My son used this as a book report. It was easily read and the storyline kept him reading. He enjoyed this book and the story.

My son hated reading. It was such a task to get him to read even with all the popular books among 3rd graders. He loves football so I tried these books and he has gone through 5 in the series so far.
