My 10 year old easily put it together, but quickly noticed that the game arrived missing a bottom base. Additionally, two of the balls were cracked upon arrival. Rather than returning the entire game to Amazon for exchange, I contacted the company for replacement parts given that my kids could still use the game in the meantime. Not only did I get a very quick email response initially, but after sending pictures documenting the missing or cracked pieces, replacement parts were sent to my doorstep within days.
