Very Professional - Great User Display - Perfect
Wow! Impressed me on power up. A top-drawer product. Professionally wrapped, good documentation and plug & play via USB into a WIN10 machine. If your needs are for a scope up to 25MHz with 2 inputs, this one is terrific. Why spend money on dedicated scope if you have a laptop? The interface (on my laptop host) is terrific, pro level and simple. The probes are nice for electronic work. Nice!

Okay, considering the price.
For the price it is good. The supplied power adaptor induces noise onto the waveform. Using a 12V battery or cleaner output dc adaptor helps. For the project I had in mind it works well.

v2.8.0 software does not work on Windows 10 LTSB version 1607
The oscilloscope software for DS802 as referenced in the download links contained in the product description does not work on Windows 10 LTSB version 1607. That software is identified as DS802_PC_Oscilloscope_for_Windows_v2.8.0_x86_and_x64.zip. Using it displays a problem with channel B (i.e., a red exclamation mark warning sign appears on the ch: B voltage knob). Believing the item I received to be defective, I returned it for replacement, only to find the second DS802 behaved the same. Searching the Internet revealed other software that once installed worked properly. Very frustrating to waste several hours over multiple days to figure out a software problem that could have been avoided had the correct information been provided in the first place.

Very good for the money.
There is very little info provided on getting the scope up and running. It's not plug and Play and the drivers must be downloaded from the Amazon listing page. The manufacturers web site does not have the drivers available for download. The driver must be manually extracted from a win rar file. The driver installation file can then be found. It would be much simpler if the driver install came with the unit or at least be available from the vendor web site.A big plus for this unit is the direct readouts of voltages and frequency.

The DS802 is a great scope
Purchased this product for analyzing hobby projects (Raspberry Pi etc). Have used large standalone storage scopes in the past and am very impressed with the DS802. It seems very stable, the waveforms are very clear on PC. It has a lot of features for zooming in and scrolling through the waveforms. It lacks some of the advanced features like delayed trigger that you would find on more expensive devices.
