I-MART Smooth Vintage Pocket Watch with Chain (Gold)

I’m really happy with this vintage pocket watch. The gold finish looks elegant and gives it that classic, old-fashioned charm. It has a nice weight to it — not too heavy, but it feels solid and well-made. The chain is sturdy and adds a nice touch for wearing or display. I fell for this little vintage treasure, as soon as I saw its beautiful, retro, fake (smile) gold coating! I was so pleased with it, I soon bought a second one for myself. Why? Once you set it, you can't turn its time-keeping knob backward nor forward, to show changed times, twice per year! The fact that you cannot adjust it for daylight savings start and end times, is not a defect, in my opinion (smile), as long as its price is right! I just bought a second one, bringing my spending total from what was a fairly cheap total $8.51 cost, (storage box, shipping, handling, and taxes included), to a comfortable, $17.02 total, for my TWO. I use my first treasure during the spring and summer time, and my second, during this fall and winter time (smile)! My little "gold" watches and chains, sparkle whenever I place them amongst my coffee table full of clutter. So, I easily spot either, as I grab it from that table. But I usually keep them in their velvety boxes, to protect their "gold" from rusting! I am calm, cool, and collected, wherever I bring one of these, wherever I go. I don't panic, as I see no clocks displayed. I don't frantically ask strangers what time it is (smile), nor grab my stupid "smart" phone, to TRY and quickly see the time through that phone's constant, annoying, blinks and flashes! I just flip open my watch, to smoothly see, what time it is (smile).

hit it with some 000 steel wool and it wont look so cheap not bad for the price

It’s a little “too gold” to look genuine but is a great deal and worked perfectly for my Gatsby event. And keeps great time!!

Used for an Alice in Wonderland White Rabbit costume. It was our daughter’s favorite part of the costume. It actually works but I’m not sure how to open and adjust the time or change the battery. I did not put a lot of time into checking that part out. It’s not plastic so it has a good weight to it.
