Great replacement battery for my HP laptop.
I purchased this battery for my old HP pavilion DX7 laptop. The old battery would not take a charge. Received the new battery, removed the old, installed the new one and turned on the laptop. The new battery fit exactly into the slot and had enough charge to run the laptop. Proceeded to allow it to charge. The new battery charged to 100 %. All is well at this time. I would purchase again. This saved me hundreds of dollars!!
My factory battery was actually ready to rupture. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to leave the laptop plugged in all the time. It's about 3 years old. I was taking it on an airplane in two days when I noticed the case was swollen just above the track pad and the laptop wasn't closing completely.
