Best "Hydrate" Hyaluronic Face Serum!!!
I'm excited to report this product delivers what it promises. I had previously bought the "Boost" Peptide Face Serum through Amazon. After using Boost for a whole month, I noticed such a difference on my skin with softness and a much cleaner appearance that I decided to look for additional Foxbrim products, so glad I did. I'm in my mid 40's and deal with hormonal acne (very annoying), in any event, Boost helped by diminishing the redness and duration of the "under the skin problems." Fast forward and after reading reviews on "Hydrate" Hyaluronic Facial Serum I decided to give it a try as well. I've been using the serum for a month already and couldn't be happier. I use Hydrate in combination with Boost. Wash face clean, apply Boost, a few seconds later I apply Hydrate, and last I apply "Restore" also by Foxbrim, which provides a little bit of extra moisturizing power without feeling too thick or too oily of a product on my face. My face, has been looking more balanced in terms of pigmentation (my under the skin zits normally turn red), and this products have made such a difference. I'm now on my second bottle of Boost, and given the results of the Foxbrim products (which I've been diligently using night and morning), I will be ordering and using Hydrate and Restore as well. Last but not least, this product has also helped with my facial expression lines (forehead and eyes primarily). Overall, foxbrim products deliver what they promise and I'm now a fateful customer :-)

I love this moisturizer
I've tried more moisturizers than I can count, especially in the last few years. From drugstore to high end, organic to mass manufactured, I've used a little bit of everything. This is, by far, my favorite. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but I knew I'd be re-ordering within 24 hours. The packaging and dispenser is great, and the size for the price is amazing. The actual product has already made a huge difference in my skin. I have oily skin with dry patches, and I'm starting to get some fine lines, so I was a bit worried at how heavy it seemed when I pumped it into my hand. It sinks in very quickly, however, and I haven't had any skin irritation or breakouts. I put this on for the first time at night, and I have never in my life woken up with such soft skin. Continued use has only resulted in further improvement. The tone of my skin also seems to be improving. I haven't noticed any reduction in my fine lines, but I don't think this is geared for that purpose and wouldn't expect to see improvement after such a short time anyways. While I did notice the strong scent that some reviewers have written about, I must have gotten used to it as I no longer notice a heavy scent any longer. I use this twice a day and even though it's been a mild winter in the Midwest, I haven't had any issues with flakes or dry patches on my face. My makeup is absorbing better than before I was using this because my skin is so soft and smooth. I will definitely be repurchasing this when I start to run low!

Not Fancy, But a Good Basic Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin.
I don't use moisturizers much. I've never found that they helped dry skin, and it's next to impossible to find one that doesn't contain ingredients that I can't use. I use serums and sheet masks. They've worked wonders for my parched, super-sensitive skin. But I wanted to have a moisturizer on hand in case I needed a little around the eyes before applying eye makeup or for any other reason. Foxbrim Naturals Ocean Mineral Moisturizer suits my needs. It combines antioxidants, nourishing oils, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, shea butter, trace minerals, and blue-green algae into a very good basic moisturizer. It doesn't contain powerhouse anti-aging ingredients like peptides, retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide, AHAs, BHAs, or ceramides, some of which can be irritating. Rather it includes low-key, nourishing anti-aging ingredients. Silicone, parabens, salicylates, and fragrance are conspicuously absent. This makes the Ocean Mineral Moisturizer perfect for the most sensitive skin. The Ocean Mineral Moisturizer is a white lotion of medium consistency that absorbs quickly. It doesn't take much; a couple squirts of the pump will do the whole face. It seems to contain enough shea butter that it creates a little bit of a barrier, which makes this moisturizer more suited to normal or dry skin than oily skin. Some consumers who remember the old, plastic pump packaging are put off by the new, glass packaging with accompanying higher price. But the matte, brown glass pump bottle with its simple label are classy. The handsome packaging allows Foxbrim Naturals to charge more. I understand frustration with the price increase, but it's still a good price for 2 ounces of quality moisturizer, and there are sometimes coupons on Amazon. I find this is a good basic moisturizer for sensitive skin. It's a rare moisturizer that doesn't contain silicone. You can purchase the more potent anti-aging ingredients separately, as serums, and limit yourself to what your skin can tolerate. There are three different lists of ingredients, which is confusing: an old list on the box, an updated list stickered onto the box, and the list on Foxbrim's web site. The updated sticker and the web site are the same list in (very) different order. The differences between the old formula and the new are: The addition of water, vitamin E, Centella Asiatica Extract (Organic Gotu Kola), Equisetum Arvense Extract (Horsetail), Geranium Maculatum Extract (Wild Geranium), and Taraxacum Officinale Extract (Dandelion) in the new formula. Citric acid was removed from the formula, and Organic Sunflower Oil has been substituted for Organic Safflower Oil. Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Organic Aloe), Aqua (Water), Cassia Angustifolia Seed Extract (botanical hyaluronic acid), Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (Organic Sunflower Oil), Isopropyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Glycerin (Kosher, Vegetable), Butyrospermum Parkii Butter (Shea Butter), Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Organic Jojoba), Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Sea Water Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (Organic Green Tea), Achillea Millefolium Extract (Yarrow), Chondrus Crispus Extract (Irish Moss), Spirulina Maxima Extract (Spirulina), Centella Asiatica Extract (Organic Gotu Kola), Equisetum Arvense Extract (Horsetail), Geranium Maculatum Extract (Wild Geranium), Taraxacum Officinale Extract (Dandelion), Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

At first I wasn't sold but now I love it. I used Oil of Olay for years ...
At first I wasn't sold but now I love it. I used Oil of Olay for years and the texture of this lotion is very different. I wanted something with ingredients I recognized though and was committed to finding something new so I kept using it. I also experienced about a week of higher than normal acne. I have no idea if that was related or not as I occasionally get break outs. In any case, that cleared up and my skin started to look better. Once I got used to the texture, which initially felt stickier to me and now feels normal, I grew to really like it. The company checked in with me and when I didn't give a glowing review they refunded my money, and that motivated me to give it a bit more time. I'm glad I did. I think I just needed to get used to something different. Works great under the mineral foundation I wear. I just ordered my second bottle. My only wish is for a more eco-friendly container. The lotion dispenser is quite fancy and works just fine, but you can't be sure you've gotten it all and you can't clean out the bottle the way our recycling company would prefer. Seems like it could use less plastic over all and just be more like other bottles or tubes.

(This was) The best lotion I have used
Updated Review for new Formula: I forgot exactly when it happened but they "changed the formula" around late 2018, which made it about half the size in a glass bottle. I wasn't really willing to pay twice as much so I stopped buying at that point. However, fast forward to now, this summer is really wreaking havoc on my skin so I had to bite the bullet and buy the best lotion that I was aware of for my skin (this one)... unfortunately, in addition to the huge price hike, the new formula is also much thinner than it used to be. While this is probably good for most people so that it absorbs instantly, it is really detrimental for my severely dehydrated skin right now. I am having to reapply about 10x in a day, and I am going through a bottle a week. And one more thing that might be my imagination, or maybe my skin has changed since I used the original formula, but this seems to irritate my skin a little now and it didn't at all with the original. I am repurchasing this for now because my skin was really suffering without this lotion, but I'm really searching for a replacement. Original Review: This is definitely the best lotion I have ever used for my face. I could feel the difference immediately after applying it to my face the very first time! It feels very light, but keeps my face moisturized through most of the day (at the very least, until I get home from work). For perspective, my skin is quite sensitive, but I have tried a myriad of products for sensitive skin. The problem is that I also have chronically very dry skin, meaning these "sensitive" products often do not keep it moisturized, or not long enough. I am very pleased to say this lotion does both. A short list of some of the products I am comparing to... aquaphor is too greasy feeling and leaves a visible "shine", cetaphil is very very mild and lasts only a couple hours on me, aveeno last a little longer but some of them (to my surprise) irritate my skin (and aveeno still does not last as long as this). My concern was that this small container would not last long enough, but I was again pleasantly surprised that it lasted about 8 weeks using the recommended amount of a dime size, twice a day (I was actually probably using more than a "dime" size). Of course this is still much more expensive than the costco 2-jar cetaphil cream (which probably lasts me the better part of a year for about $10).. but there is no comparison in quality for me. I would recommend checking the ingredient list just to make sure you have no allergies (such as seaweed), but this is an outstanding product. I am now trying the Vitamin C Foxbrim to compare.

Excellent product by every measure!!
Everything about this moisturizer is just perfect for my over-65 sensitive skin. I have been using this at night since last August and I could not be more pleased. Last summer, I found a very good daytime lotion with suncreen (Coui) but was looking for just the right nighttime product. So many of them for "mature" skin are too thick and don't absorb well; others have so many chemicals that I don't want to put on my skin. This Ocean Mineral lotion has a consistency in between a normal lotion and a cream...it feels substantial but is easy to spread and absorbs quickly. It has a completely neutral scent, never looks greasy on my skin. The pump is very well designed; it is so easy to dispense just the amount you need and this one bottle lasts a very long time. It's priced so well (try comparing to any of the overpriced products sold at cosmetic counters!) and performs so well, I can't think of any reason to ever try another product!
