It holds up to a 360 inch or 30 foot roll, 12 inches wide.

Not sure, but the box has a magnetic lid an is sturdier then the one you buy in the market.After the first use .you don't have to hold the box to get your net piece .Just place on counter pull out what you need and use the slide cutter and your ready for the next time you need it

will the chipwrap bbq foil dispenser also cut parchment paper?

I don't see why it wouldn't. However, I would buy the one specifically for parchment paper (same manufacturer) as it is 2-3 inches longer and can accommodate longer rolls of parchment paper ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00844G2MY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). I have 3 from this brand, one for foil, one for parchment and one for cling wrap. The only one I've had a problem with is the cling wrap. The blade attachment/track wants to pop off periodically. This is due to the pulling grasp of the cling wrap, which you don't get with the foil or parchment.
