Will this securely mount on the head of a shark?

There's a pin that could hold in the skin as a tack, slap it on real good then attach the magnet, it will probably stop working in the saltwater, but it will stick in a shark as you asked

how does the level attach to the wall?

Mine (bought 2/20/15) has a nail you put in the wall and it attaches. :( Wish I had noticed it before buying.

This product comes with a external cover as the picture?

The early production ones did but that was a long time ago. The 2nd one I bought didn't have a bag. Old photo!

Is the laser bright enough to see on the ground outside? I want to use it on putting green to practice putting straight along the laser line.

I doubt it. It's pretty dim even indoors, has a maximum range on the wall of maybe 10 feet, and it gets pretty bad by the end.
