Cufflinks are back in my wardrobe
They worked miracles. After years w/o cufflinks holes and buttoned sleeves I'm able to wear my assortment of cufflinks I've accumulated over the decades.

Perfect and Discreet
Stayed on, cufflings didnโt fall or come out. Looked natural on shirt. Fit perfectly and was very discreet.

Good Idea, but Not Widely Applicable
I really like the idea behind these cufflink adapters, and especially considering how expensive a relatively decent dress shirt with a French cuff is compared to the same shirt with a couple buttons instead of an extra hole. I have to say that these things do, technically, work as advertised - at least in my experience. However, I try to buy dress shirts that actually fit me, or are close enough to proper length that it doesn't affect the image. I don't tailor most of my clothes, although I should, but fit is still important. As such, I can say that these adapters don't work as well for a sleeve of proper length as it initially seemed. Either the sleeve will be pulled up too high, or it'll be too tight due to the extra thickness from doubling the cuff and pulling it together enough to actually connect (this coming from an underweight fellow). At worst, you may run into both at the same time, which somehow felt like I was suffocating despite only my lower arm being in the choker. Now, one of the provided videos shows a second way of wearing them, which has worked the best for my dress shirts. As he points out, someone else may notice your adapter, and the cuff may be a little loose, but it works. Now, my only problem with this is that my cufflinks stick out more than they should, since they can't actually fall into any holes - just the wall of fabric between the buttons. This still looks decent, though, and it'll give you enough of an idea of whether you like the look or not. Again, I really do like this product, and especially considering that you get ten per tin, which also has a nice look and style in person. You should know what you're getting, though, and everything that comes with it. I'll be purchasing a real French cuff shirt, eventually, but I'll probably keep these around, nonetheless.

Such a great idea!
These cufflink adapters are a great idea, and make it possible to turn an ordinary button cuff into a French cuff which will accommodate cufflinks. The adapters are thick and heavy, but also soft and pliable, so it's easy to get a button or cufflink into the holes. I prefer to use them with the cuffs turned up, but that's just a personal preference. In a perfect universe, if I wanted to turn my regular shirt cuffs into French cuffs, I would snip off the buttons and either hand-stitch or machine-stitch a new buttonhole where the button once was. But this is not a perfect universe, and that's a lot of work - and I would not be able to go back to a button cuff if the need arose. So this is really the next best thing, and maybe even a little better because I can go back and forth between the two cuff styles. As for the price, it's a little high if you just consider the tiny plastic adapters. But since they come in a really sweet little tin (see photo) which keeps them all together and fits nicely in my cufflink box, I would have to say the price is more than fair.

Nice
A lot of my shirts are not French cuffs and theseโฆ work great for me! You may have to check them sometimes to make sure your links are in but Iโve havenโt had much problems with them.

Not really a fan.
They get the job done, but that's about it. Once you attach the tab to the button it leaves the extended piece in such a position that when you push the cufflink through the buttonhole it leaves a gap between the sides of the sleeve. It looks sloppy and very untidy. As I said, it works, but looks nothing like a cufflink in a regular french cuff shirt. Not sure whether I'll keep using them.
