However, on my trip recently, the zipper popped off the track and the second zipper followed behind it.I didn’t think it would be a big deal to fix, but it was extremely tedious because there’s no zipper base to restart the track. I ended up cutting the stitching out of both sides to fix it, and although it eventually worked, it’s no longer secure and the zipper pops back off the tracks and it’s not trustworthy for travel.This item isn’t exactly sold in stores and impossible to find a similar style. Not satisfied of the overall purchase because I expected longevity, and I barely got three months. I’d recommend it if you expected good condition for 3 months. ### ⭐ ... this product I got instantly congested because it smelled like two years of dirty ashtrays *by G***E on February 18, 2018* When I opened this product I got instantly congested because it smelled like two years of dirty ashtrays, unfortunately there wasn't time to return it so I sprayed it , wash it down with vinegar, sprayed it again and so on until the scent was manageable enough but not completely gone. I would suggest checking with manufacturer to ascertain if smoking is allow in the work place. This is the first time I've been so disappointment in a product brought from you, and will never by from this seller again. ### ⭐⭐ Would not recommend for animal over 10lbs *by A***R on December 20, 2018* I had a 14lb cat that I took on a flight with me. The carrier barely made it through our 3.5 hour flight before my cat broke the zipper because of his weight. My cat also had an accident in the carrier and I could not get the smell out of it no matter all the ways to clean it up.
