This is a great wireless barcode scanner out of the box... however, I had issues with scanning the Interleaved 2 of 5, which is all I needed it for. This was not an issue though, because their tech support was excellent and sent me several e-mails with solutions on how to program it until it did exactly what I needed. They even printed out scan-able instructions on how to remove the check digits before and after the barcode. So I highly recommend this product because it is solid and works great, and the support team will help you get it setup however you need it!

Good product, used on a daily basis to scan a lot of packages coming to our building.

*update* Scanners stopped working after about 6 months. Tech support is now ignoring my emails. 5 stars to 3. Absolutely amazing product! 10x more effective than the hardwired scanners we were using for retail sales. It took a little programming to get them perfect but tech support was prompt and extremely effective. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their retail scanning needs a hundred times over!

The EASIEST ever. Works great, shoots through multiple layers of shrink film. Much faster than my other scanner. I’ll be buying a couple more of these.

We ordered 8 of these. Having a scanner at an angle to use while in the cradle and the ability to take it a few feet without a cord is amazing. 2 weeks ago someone can to me to tell me the white light still flashes when they hit the button but no red scanner light. Ok no worries grab one of the old ones that one is probably defective I’ll order you a new one. 2 days ago in speaking with 2 other people I find out their units also have an issue where the red scanner light just does not work. Can be an hour or days till it starts again. 1 of 8 not even worth it to email the manufacturer. 3 of 8 and I am sure more to come seems more like there is an issue with the product. It is weird, we use a number of this companies scanners for other purposes. The ring scanners are mostly amazing. Seems like they missed the mark on this one though.

Consider using this product as a 6-month subscription as far as lifespan goes.

Scanners work great with a great price. We have a somewhat unique way of scanning barcodes, and I had an issue programming it to do what I needed. I contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful getting it configured. They responded very quickly, and the scanner reads just how I need it to.

Works right out of the box. Simple plug and play install.

I purchased this unit in July 2022, when I finally got to install it and used with my Asus laptop with Windows 10, the scanner doesn't work. The laptop recognizes the unit as an USB supplementary keyboard but no data is read or transfered to any program. I wrote to seller with the issue and there was no response, no support al all for this defective product. My recommendation, go to a brick store and buy it there, so you have at least a human face to provide support or honour the warranty.
