    I had just a twister  board from Bally, but

I decided to try this one for extra benefts to my arms.  Used it yesterday,  Will take some getting used to as my twister did not have pulleys..  I know for a fact that this will tighten and trim your waistline.  I am a regular gym rat, so I know what  am talking about.I did not know this was a Pilates device, so much the better as I do not do Pilates in my routine.Well crafted, and enough tension on the pulleys.  Now use it!!!
