Does the job. Used for a cold plunge.

Bought this to replace the exact model pump that had lasted 8+ years. May have lasted longer, got it as part of a used tank and don't know how long it had run previously. Plug and play. Very heavy duty pump.One thing I learned when replacing the pump - also purchased a multipurpose U return pipe with a siphon breaker hole. Previously during a power outage the upper tank back-siphoned and overflowed the lower tank. All good for at least 8+ years.And the older pump didn't fail completely - the motor was still working fine, probably could have bought replacement parts (impeller and housing) and got it running again, but needed a certain solution quick so didn't try that route.

I have 2 of these pumps, and one of them is a backup, which I haven't needed yet. These pumps work better as a sub pump than inline. If you decide to use the pump as an inline, make sure you have filtration setup. The water inlet inside the pump cover has extremely small slits in it and gets clogged easily. The noise level dropped a start because the pump can still be heard while submerged, and as an inline pump it makes a ton of noise in general. Overall, I recommend these pumps.

Disappointed that I couldn't use outside all year long in my pond. Otherwise, looks like it's pretty powerful and sturdy.

I bought this for a water cooled CNC spindle that came with a junky Chinese pump. In the couple years I've been using the pump I've never had a problem.

Works pumping fine then would stop pumping then start right back up I’m keeping an eye on this no timer is being used

I am assuming that these will work for as long as the 9.5 and 12 that I use in my large bait tanks (several years). This pump produces fine aeration bubbles and a very good flow against a 4' head.Note: The pump drive and impeller last several years but the impeller covers need replacement after about 2 years. If your pump stops working and/or makes noise then inspect the impeller cover as it is likely the seat is out of round which is an easy/cheap replacement.

I bought this in September 2022. It died April 2023. It was good for that short time. There is zero product support. No link to message seller. No contact info. I got screwed! The impeller spins and rattles but it doesn't move the water. :(

Well priced and included both venturi connection and filter! Loved the fact that this is a quality product made in the U.S. and one can get parts if it got damaged or worn out. Well worth the extra expense when compared to cheap pumps.

This is the second one I purchased. And it is as shown.The first one lasted 11 yearsThis one should last until I sell the house and move on.Very good product.
