Over the last 5 or six years I have purchased over 20 books in the series and have given them away to Chaplens, Military Doctors and to Wounded Warriors. Never have I received a bad review from any of the individuals I have given them to. I currently have four of them also on my kindle. With the exception of the Bible they are the only books on my kindle. This is an exceptional book for anyone who has served ,Wounded Warrior, or someone that has been deployed. Wish all Wounded Warriors could have one free download of their choice in the series. With one free download I know they would order more. Wish there was one on World War I. Its a Blessing to have the opportunity to read story's from spiritual people present in this ongoing war. I bring it with me and read as im wating... at football practice, doct appointments... itst a big book and even my 10 yr old son likes to read it. the only setback for me is not having the knowledge of military terms and lingo, so some times i struggle to understand ... this is a good book

This book is a true account of God being with us Always!! These brave men and women are going through more than any of us can imagine however, they made it through the rough times because God was right by their side! Once I started reading this book, I honestly had a hard time putting it down! It is a wonderful book for anyone who questions if there is a God!

My brother and his wife lost their son in Afghanistan, and I purchased this book as a gift for them, hoping it would give insight and peace to them about what their son's faith meant in dangerous times and places. I pray that it helps bring peace .

I just got this book today. Absolutely amazing. I've only read the first 5 pages and it has brought me to tears. If you don't believe in the presence of God and in His wonderful power, this book will make you believe.

It was exactly as they said it would be. Though, I am sad that I have a book that someone's "gamma" gave him, it is perfect!

This is designed to be read as a daily devotional and has a very nice page texture. I can't help but notice how deeply these stories are sticking with me and impacting me. Each day's author shares their story in such a way that even the most profound experience of love and sacrifice is deeply felt by the reader. It is an honor to even be let into this very intimate circle. Thanks for sharing these real life stories.
