Easy to put on

Found the hair too bulky and the clips uncomfortable. The quality of the hair was good, but I had to clip the ends the density was uneven. I wasn’t the look I was going for but I would recommend it because of the hair quaility.

I really wanted to like this ponytail. The hair was the perfect texture and was extremely soft and the length was good. However it was poorly constructed. There is a visible space where you can see all of the wefts and then there is some hair at the very top. It's almost impossible to hide that area with the exposed wefts. I don't know what they were trying to achieve by making it that way. It's almost like they thought the hair they put on top would cover the wefts but it really won't because the hair on top is going in a different direction. I know it's hard to picture but it's really weird. I don't know if all of them are like that or only this one but I had to send it back. It should be way more well constructed for almost $40.

This curly ponytail felt almost like synthetic hair but once I washed it it softened once I used conditioner. The hair also shed a lot throughout the detangling process and I have curly wigs that don't shed as Much as this one. That makes me question how long this ponytail is going to last because if it's shedding like this now what will it be like a couple months from now. The curl pattern is pretty though but I cannot fully recommend this product.

I’m not going to lie, when I got the box out the package and it was open with the label off I was mad. Then when I took the hair out the bag I was HOT, this was for my daughter’s homecoming dance!! I called customer service complained and asked for a refund. I did not want a replacement. One it’s wasn’t 12 inches and then it looked nappy and used. After all that, I remember what the positive comments said. I immediately did a cowash on the hair (very little shedding) and applied a little oil, foam and curling gel on it. I was pleased and satisfied. It matched my daughter’s hair perfectly. I’ll say it’s between a 1B and 2 color hair.I would suggest this hair, no matter how it looks when you take it out the package just give it a little TLC to bring it back to life.

Ordered this last fall and it was fantastic quality, the length was as advertised, and it lasted me 6 months. I ordered a second time and received hair that was ratty at the ends and tangled, plus the hair was only 18 inches when stretched (I ordered the 20 inch length). Nothing like the first time! I hoped this was a fluke and requested an exchange. The order arrived promptly but the quality is only a little better than the last one. Hair is not as tangled but is still ratty at the ends and the length is not at all even through out. There are sections that are half the length of others. I am unfortunately very disappointed.
