Bought for rehab but will use for much longer
I needed this tool to strengthen my grip after a fracture but now it has become a regular part of my exercise routine. As we age, our grip can get weaker, and this is a great general strengthening tool. I keep it in the living room and use it regularly when I'm reading through emails or watching a show. I never would have thought to buy this before the injury, but it has become an excellent addition to my daily routine.

No instructions included
There are no instructions included with this device. Supposed to be available online but I could not find any for this device. Also hard to figure out how to set the resistabce. Will look for instructions but if can't find will return

Not well thought out
Doesn't fit my hand well and I imagine the lowest setting is probably too strong for people with small enough hands to fit the grips properly. .

Use it while in meetings on mute
A great way during the work day to prevent stiffness and possibly carpel tunnel. During conference calls, while I’m muted I click away.
