This product offers 2 uses for me. I first use it weekly to promote internal moisture during the perimenopause years. Second, I insert it before intercourse to prepare the way for comfortable penetration. I have only used the product for one day and it does work! The only downside is that it is pretty messy but so far it's worth the purchase. I just got it yesterday so I will update in about a month my continued results
