I would have given this a 5 for the details of the angel, but the clasp on the necklace popped off the leather cord/necklace on the first wear. Easily fixed with jewelry tools, but still a hassle.

Although this looks super cheap to people who have never heard of the book, if you compare it to the picture on the cover it is practically an exact match. It is more shiny gold toned than I expected, since it looks like a dull, tarnished color in the picture. My only issue is the ugly black cord that it comes with, that was misshapen from packaging and wouldn't straighten out. Because of the odd color of the angel I opted for a black chain, but the one I ordered was the wrong size. I supposed for 5 bucks you can buy the angel and a new chain if you don't like the cord it comes on.

I honestly love this necklace. I've been a fan of the Infernal Devices for years, and I really wanted one of these necklaces. That having been said, there are a few things that make this product a little less than perfect. Although the price is great, the metal is king of cheap and the rings on the back of my necklace have begun to wear away and turn pink. This next critique is more a matter of personal preference than anything else, but I'm not in love with the three rings on the back of the pendant to put the chain through. It keeps the pendant very stable, but it is king of stiff and hard to move around on the chain. Speaking of chains, I did replace the one this one came with with a chain of my own. But those few (very minor) complaints aside, I do love this necklace and I wear it very often

The metal is made of nickle or something I'm allergic to the angel part and the metal is wearing out if that makes sense I would take a picture but I didn't take a picture of what it looked before, I don't want someone getting the wrong idea. You'll just have to put clear coat on it so the gold doesn't fade. But other than that I love it.

The actually pendant is very detailed and good quality. Made a great gift! I would recommend purchasing a separate chain of similar metal before gifting instead of the cheap string it comes with.

I ordered this for my daughter as she is a huge Cassandra Claire reader. I was not expecting the necklace to be completely different from what was pictured. Yes it is a brass looking angel, but the clockwork wings which are pictured are nowhere near what was received. Big disappointment.

I love the pendant because I am just in love with TID. The only slight problem I have with it is that it comes on a black string rather than a metal one that matches the pendant. I still really like it though and it is good quality.

I wear this necklace all the time, and it appears exactly as depicted in the picture, beautiful and makes me think of the books I love so much, I get tons of compliment and would highly recommend! I do want to mention it has a cord not a chain but that is an easy replacement if you want the chain for more authenticity like how Tessa wore it.
