Can I use as a misting pump in 16A to plug in any residential switch?

Does it come with pump oil?

Pump oil is totally depends on shipping companies as some companies doesn't allow us to ship the product including oil because of the possibility of leakage. But you can double check the oil level by using the sight glass on the pump. Thanks
