Got these for my mom and she says they are better and way more comfortable than those expensive special shoes. She’s not diabetic but has hammertoes and just really bad feet. Highly recommend these shoes!

For sandals which are supposed to be for diabetics, these Woman Diabetic Shoes, Extra Wide Width Sandals do not have a very thick sole. My feet did not feel the support they get from my other diabetic shoes.I needed something with open toes when I had some ingrown toenails removed. These sandals worked well for that purpose. I was able to adjust the width as needed and the velcro closures stayed closed. It was easy to put my foot into the sandal and then fold the straps over and close them.One other thing I had to do was wipe them down with a damp cloth as they made my feet itch, even through socks. I have allergies and have problems when I don't clean or wipe off new items.

I needed someting to slip into at night for bathroom trips when I was wearing a toe splint to help with bunions. The adjustable straps make these ideal but there is no arch support at all. I had to add a pair of inserts into mine to get support. They are almost just a protective covering for a swollen, etc. foot & not really meant for much more than seldom walking on them unless you have perfect feet with no arch issues at all. They do the job for my night bathroom trips but I could never wear them during the day as a slipper.

I wear a hard brace on my left foot duet o losing a toe & all the bones dislocated. So hard to find a shoe that fits. this fits very nice.

What a disappointment. I ordered these slipper/sandals to wear over my lymphedema wraps based on the product description and reviews. But they are nowhere near capable of working. The straps aren't long enough to close over the foot part of the bandages and the shoes themselves are rather narrow.

Perfect for someone who doesn’t move around a lot as they are easy to put on and take off and have a very secure fit which provides a sense of stability.

I had to have unexpected surgery while I was at my foot specialist and needed footwear that would not place pressure on my big toe for a couple of weeks while it was bandaged and healing. I couldn't wear my regular sandals so searched Amazon and found this. I love the shoe/sandal! It's very lightweight and super comfortable. The adjustable velcro makes for a perfect fit and did not cause pressure or rub on my toe. I highly recommend the footwear.
