Careless Packaging
The product is fine. Coins are as per the images shown on site and I am fully satisfied with Malabar Gold's quality.Issue was with the packaging. I had ordered 2 coins - one of which arrived in a sealed metal box (coin itself is placed in a cloth pouch within the metal box). This is the standard way of packing such items as the same method is followed for other vendors like Joy Alukkas.The other coin in my order was just placed within the standard Amazon bubble wrap. No metal container, no pouch, nothing. It could have easily fallen off if there was a tear in the packing. I do not understand how Amazon can be so careless with items of such value.Moreover, the Blue Dart courier person did not even bother to verify the OTP which is sent prior to delivery. He simply gave the whole package with my apartment security person (who placed it in box full of such delivery items). What is the point of sending an OTP if no one is verifying it in the first place?
