OK, first of all people dog owners. This is not supposed to control your dog to the point where you’re choking him to death so hence the chain breaks that’s your fault. That’s not the dog‘s fault and it’s not Priscilla’s fault that’s your fault. I read a lot of the reviews before I bought them bought this. I absolutely love it. I’m only one other thing that I need to say and stress to the point dog owners learn how to use a choker chain if you’re using it wrong it’s gonna break or you gotta choke your dog to death. It’s gonna break your dogs neck/throat.. read AKC regarding choker Kohls and it’ll teach you. It really irritates me on dog owners that don’t know how to use a choker collar and even bit a regular collar. There was a certain way that you need to put the collar on the dog so the choker collar does not choke the dog and still hints you don’t choke the hell out of them. No, I only use the choker collar. I’ve got three dogs big ones you can see in my picture and I use it to just hold them from not running out to my backyard and then I let them go because if I did that, they trample each other down the porch. One is big one is a little big smaller. They’re all Mastiff But it just at the slider door when you slide it open if I hold one back the big one is who I’d usually do. I just hold them there. It’s easier than a collar I find with him anyways being that he’s so tall he’s like 36 inches tall and hips and his neck is I don’t know. I said I didn’t hear somewhere so anyways I know this is lengthy and I apologize for that, but people aggravate me because they don’t know how to use it.. LEARN PEOPLE Well, I would fit him. He’s got a 31 inch neck and they say for a dog with 30 inch neck but this actually could probably fit a dog with 36 inch neck love it pain in the ass to undo all the plastic that they put around it, but That was nice. I like it. It’s my big boy perfect and I love the quality.

We love the color for our puppy Akita . The quality of this product is very good and the value is well worth it. The chain is thick and sturdy and the perfect size . Our puppy is 110 pound Akita and the performance of this product suites the need. It’s comfortable on his neck and doesn’t choke him and allows for him to walk freely and securely. The chain does adjust to the owners command by a pull and releases when the dog is proper distance. So the performance of the lead is very good.

I have a German shepherd and he broke this on his first attempt at running away from the lead. Product looked good but did not function as stated.

Our adopted pet was supposed to be mid-sized, but she grew and grew into an 80lb powerhouse. No harness, no fixed collar and no wimpy chain collar has worked as well as this collar. This is sturdy enough for us not to worry about our powerhouse breaking it. It releases so easily because of the way the links are made. Thank you.

The chain seems heavy and the links are tight, but the links are not welded closed so they are subject to stretching/breaking. I have a 180 lbs dog and cannot trust this chain to hold him, certainly not for the long term.

My German Shepherd grew out of his old collar so I ordered this one hoping to use it daily. It looks great, but it feels very slight. The overall weight is lighter than the smaller, puppy chain that this replaced. The leash loop also feels a bit "cheap" maybe stamped?

Really a very nice looking collar. My GSD is a black/sable and it looks great. I'd say it's the nicest looking choke I've ever put on my dogs.

For dogs or a good size for humans dooing the punk asthetic with a bit of a twist. Seems to be watter resistant (not rusting) so like it.
