I am breaking it in now and have been very satisfied. I walk the track at the fitness center and have been able to walk up to 2 miles without any arch pain. I also use the treadmill and walk at a faster pace than the track with no problems. The straps are adjustable which is a plus when I wear thicker socks during cold weather. ### ⭐ Comfort soles Terrible! *by H***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2019* Horrible!!! The shoes cut into the back of my foot, leaving marks on the back of my right foot.I have owned 3 pairs of ECCO sandals that I absolutely loved from day one! This shoe did not match the quality of my previous Ecco sandals. I tried to send them back and the whole return process was a complete hassle. They finally refunded my money. Wish it would have been a better experience. They were less expensive than retail Ecco sandals, but for $98 I expect my shoes to fit well and feel good on my feet. Sadly, these shoes cut into the back of my foot and left marks and blood. Super painful! I feel that if the company would have just been more friendly about the return process I could’ve left a better review. I felt they were more interested in keeping my money than they were in having a satisfied customer.
