My experience with a broken part was completely different from a few of the others. The person that I exchanged emails with was extremely helpful and responsive to my request. I needed to replace a broken part on one of the scrubber’s legs and Luffoliate sent it to me without a charge. My back scrubber attaches better on some of my tile than others in my home. It attaches great in my shower and I’m very pleased with it.
