Sturdy, very well made set. Literally just what the doctor (actually, PT) ordered. Nice carrying tote make them easy to pack for travel.

Great set to have on hand to release trigger points in glutes/hamstrings. Really worked well in releasing periformis that has been giving me problems for a while. I’m sure these would work just as well with traps and rhomboids sliding up a wall or on the floor. I am a massage therapist and I plan to order several sets to give to my clients who have these issues.

These are great! I use these whenever I have stiff or sore back & neck from sitting too long staring at the laptop. I prefer these easy to use balls then the other more complex massage solutions I've bought with bells & whistles It's an easy no-fuss solution and I don't need to use my hands. Just put the ball btw your back and the wall and dig into those sore points.
