1235012 Vented Optispark Distributor LT1 LT4 for Chevy Camaro Corvette Pontiac Firebird

It has been working great for more than a week, my TA feels like new again. No more backfires (Yes, it fitted in my Lt1 trans am )My old (Delco)opti was causing some real troubles the rotor got destroyed and the car made lots of backfires.My mechanic got it installed in two hours, I applied Loctite over the rotor screws to keep it in place and prevent the same thing to happen as my old Opti you should also apply on the cap screws as well.Update..Almost a year and still working great, however bad weather has come and already drove through heavy rain for a week, I'll make an update in a month or two just to make you know how it's holding on

I opted for this one after trying a reman ACdelco unit when I rebuilt my engine. The ACdelco lasted a year/about 1000 miles. So far, this one has given me another year and 1000 miles with no problems.With any optispark being a roll of the dice, this one holds up well and can’t be beat for the price!UPDATE: another year and another 1000+ miles or so, still holding up

Ordered it Nov and it sat till i got around to intalling it in Jan. Of course it's defective and out of return window

It's a pain to install due to location but arrived as promised and worked as it should.

So far this distributer has lasted longer than stock Gm or msd. Cheaper price than either. It’s on a high performance Lt1 in a trans am with 6 speed manual that gets dogged out every weekend.

Received the product in a timely manner and it was perfect for the replacement that I need it

It doesn't even fit on my LT1 I had to take it apart and piece it together with my old one for a good part that fits

I received this a few days later than my Prime trial stated. Just installed and a week later it hasn't catered like so many other brands tend to do. Time will tell.
